In case of wind force 5 Beaufort or above, the captain has full authority to:
a) Redesign the itinerary to ensure maximum comfort and safety.
b) Propose an alternative sheltered route.
c) Offer an alternative available date.
• If weather conditions make the charter unsafe and no alternative date can be agreed upon, a full
refund will be issued.
• If weather conditions are unfavorable for the initially planned destination but the charter can
safely take place in an alternative location, the itinerary will be adjusted accordingly. This does
not constitute grounds for cancellation.
• If the client fails to appear on the agreed date and time (no-show), 100% of the charter fee is
charged.
• Less than 7 days before departure : No refund
